Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Starlit Journey. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Starlit Journey calculates your natal chart from birth data you provide, identifies active planetary transits, and generates AI interpretation of what each phase of a transit means. It's an interpretive and reflective tool, not professional advice of any kind — see "Not professional advice" below.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Starlit Journey.

Subscription and billing

• New accounts get a 21-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial.
• The free trial is available once per customer. If you've subscribed before — including under an account you've since deleted — your new subscription starts without a trial and is charged right away.
• After the trial ends, you'll be charged $15/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. We'll email you a reminder 2 days before your trial ends, before you're ever charged.
• Billing is handled by Dodo Payments, our payment processor and merchant of record.
• You can cancel anytime from Chart & Settings in the app — cancellation is self-serve and immediate, no need to contact us. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Refunds: if you're charged after your trial ends, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of that charge — for example if you forgot to cancel, or change your mind right after being charged. We don't offer refunds after that 48-hour window. The window is intentionally short rather than open-ended, because the 21-day free trial already gives you three weeks to decide before any money changes hands — the refund exists to cover the moment right after a charge, not to extend the trial indefinitely. Request a refund from Support in the app, or by emailing hello@starlitjourney.com.

Not professional advice

Starlit Journey is a tool for personal reflection and entertainment — not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and shouldn't be treated as a substitute for professional guidance in any of those areas. Decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility.

Interpretations are generated by AI from your calculated chart data. Like any AI-generated content, they can contain mistakes — treat them as a reflection prompt, not a factual claim about you or your life.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use the app for anything illegal.
• Try to access other users' accounts or data.
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Our right to change or discontinue the service

We may update, change, or discontinue features of Starlit Journey at any time. We'll do our best to give notice of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

Starlit Journey is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for decisions made based on interpretations generated by the app, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
