Accessibility
Last updated October 31, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Starlit Journey, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test with automated tools and by hand, and fix problems as we find them. Starlit Journey is run by a small team, so if something isn't working for you, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
What we've done
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA color-contrast ratios.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Form fields have labels, and error and confirmation messages are announced to screen readers.
- Pages use headings and landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer) so they're easy to navigate.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are turned off.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
Known limitations
- The natal chart wheel is a picture. All of the information in it is also listed in text in the placements and houses tables under the wheel.
- Checkout and payment-method updates happen on Dodo Payments' hosted pages, and the bot check on our forms is run by Cloudflare Turnstile. We don't control the accessibility of those third-party pages. If either one blocks you, contact us and we'll help.
Tell us about a problem
If you run into a barrier anywhere on Starlit Journey, or need information in a different format, email hello@starlitjourney.com or use our contact page. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
